HR Technician

VLC Photonics Paterna

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional with recruitment experience to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing to smooth and efficient HR operations.

Funciones

Your Project:

As the first face of VLC Photonics, you will have a direct impact on the candidate experience, representing our culture and values throughout the recruitment process. You will also support employees in their day-to-day needs and general HR administration.

This role is central to fostering a positive and supportive workplace contributing to enhance candidate and employee satisfaction and organizational success.

What will you do?

- Support the full recruitment process: job postings, interview coordination, background checks, working permit support processes etc.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

- Support employees in their day-to-day needs, such as absences, time tracking, and general HR administration.

- Help organize training sessions and track employee development.

- Act as a point of contact for employee questions, engagement initiatives, and support conflict resolution.

- Help manage other internal HR projects and activities.

Requisitos

- Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent professional training).

- Previous experience in HR administration and recruitment, ideally managing high-tech profiles.

- Familiarity with HR software tools (Odoo or similar), and office tools (Excel, Word…).

- Strong English conversational skills essential.

- Spanish is ideal to understand and apply local labor regulations.

- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and ethics.

- Ability to work across different priorities and contribute to process improvements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
